100GBASE QSFP28

The OPWAY 100G QSFP28 series optical transceiver include SR4, PSM4, CWDM4, LR4, ER4 and other series. This series of optical transceivers adopt LC or MPO interface, with low power consumption, small size, high speed characteristics, is conducive to the data center to increase capacity, improve ports density and reduce power consumption. It is mainly used in 100G data center internal network, data center interconnection, metro network and other environments.

OPWAY's OPQE01 is a parallel 100Gb/s Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable (QSFP28) optical module.The QSFP28 full-duplex optical module offers 4 independent transmit and receive channels, each capable of 25Gb/s operation for an aggregate data rate of 100Gb/s on 100 meters of OM4 multi-mode fiber.An optical fiber ribbon cable with an MTP/MPO connector can be plugged into the QSFP28 module receptacle.


100G QSFP28 CWDM4

OPWAY's OPQE02 is a 100Gb/s transceiver module designed for optical communication applications,The module converts 4 input channels of 25Gb/s electrical data to 4 channels of CWDM optical signals and then multiplexes them into a single channel for 100Gb/s optical transmission. Reversely on the receiver side, the module de-multiplexes a 100Gb/s optical input into 4 channels of CWDM optical signals and then converts them to 4 output channels of electrical data.The central wavelengths of the 4 CWDM channels are 1271, 1291, 1311 and 1331 nm as members of the CWDM wavelength grid defined in CWDM4 MSA. The high-performance Uncooled CWDM DFB transmitters and high sensitivity PIN receivers provide superior performance for 100-Gigabit Ethernet applications up to 2km links .


100G QSFP28 PSM4

OPWAY's OPQE02-4 is a parallel 100Gb/s Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable (QSFP28) optical module.The QSFP28 full-duplex optical module offers 4 independent transmit and receive channels, each capable of 25Gb/s operation for an aggregate data rate of 100Gb/s on 2km of single mode fiber.An optical fiber ribbon cable with an MTP/MPO connector can be plugged into the QSFP28 module receptacle.

OPWAY's OPQE10 is a 100Gb/s transceiver module designed for optical communication applications compliant to 100GBASE-LR4 of the IEEE P802.3ba and OTU4 4I1-9D1F standard. The module converts 4 input channels of 25Gb/s electrical data to 4 channels of LAN WDM optical signals and then multiplexes them into a single channel for 100Gb/s optical transmission.
